Did you miss this too?

Did you miss this on the eve of Passover?
"The time has come to acknowledge reality:..There will be no peace along the lines of the model that has stirred such a mighty uproar here for the past decades, over which Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated. In fact, let’s admit it -- the uproar has been fading for some time. The burning issue has consumed itself and turned to dust. All that passionate, feverish arguing has grown hollow. All that remains is an empty shell that echoes with the raucous shouts of the ghosts of Rabin Square.
There won’t be two states for two peoples. It’s not going to happen. Jerusalem will not be divided, no arrangement will be found for the Holy Basin, settlers will not be evacuated, construction in the West Bank will continue, the occupation will not end, no agreement will be signed and there won’t be any unilateral withdrawal, no land swaps will take place, America won’t present an ultimatum, Vladimir Putin won’t put a gun to our head, Europe won’t boycott until the situation becomes unbearable..."
Haaretz actually published this. Of course, the fact that they did so after 3:00 pm on the eve of Passover may be one reason why you missed it.

Can't get to the rest of it - it's behind a paywall. But it sounds pretty good.

Keyword: Counties
Maybe start naming them, having a county land title registry, having a county water/wastewater system, a roads department, a solid waste (trash pickup and disposal) department, a sheriff's dept... It could be a next step in Torah Economics, where govt can't push people around so much.
